Player Registration

All 18U players must register directly through the ITF website for the Copa del Café.

Registration for an ITF Tournament
To register for a tournament, each player must:

Log in to their IPIN account and go to the Entry/Withdrawals page.
Players can view all scheduled tournaments and securely register online.
A maximum of three (3) tournament registrations will be allowed per tournament week.
When registering, players must indicate their tournament preference and priority.

The registration deadline for the 60th Copa is January 2, 2025.

Entry and Acceptance Lists

Acceptance Lists will be updated periodically as published by the ITF.

Visa Requirements

To visit Costa Rica, a consular visa may be required depending on your country of nationality. Please click here to review visa requirements for different countries. At the website click on Visas (at top), then click on the Directriz de Visas button, and proceed to the country listings starting at page 4.
If you require a visa to visit Costa Rica, you can check the list of Costa Rican consulates at: www.rree.go.cr. Click on the “Embassies and Consulates” tab.
Please note that the Copa del Café dates coincide with major holidays, and Costa Rican consulates may be closed on certain days in December.
